Adult Assessment

Adults may experience unexpected neurological challenges at any point in their lifetime, including, stroke, epilepsy, migraine, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis. In such case, formal neuropsychological testing is often key to characterizing changes, if any, from baseline abilities. Doing so is often instrumental in answering key questions, such as fitness to return to school or work, the ability to live at home independently, and the need for additional medication management.

We also specialize in the assessment of memory-related disorders, such as Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, as both initial and serial assessment are often necessary to fully capture the changing abilities and functional needs of people with these conditions.
